I have a rolling briefcase that I carry my laptop and other work related stuff in, but I’m worried I won’t be able to take it on a plane. How do I know? It is a Foray™ Computer Trolley Bag from Office Depot.

You know it:
Two tracks, One with five people tied to it, the other with one. Would you sacrifice 1 person’s life to save the five with the flip of a switch?
But, I would like to know, What would you do:
if that 1 person was a little kid or a toddler? And the five were bunch of 60 year olds, each of whom only had 10-15 more years to live. Would you flip the switch??
bebe: So, you’d rather let the five die?

I want to compare the affect of friction upon a car based trolley. To do this i want to compare the distance it took the trolley to stop with a certain amount of kinetic energy, against how far the trolley should have taken to stop with the kinetic energy it had. This i think will single out the difference as an extraneous variable such as (hopefully) friction or air resistance for example.
Thanks for your time.
I also need to know how to calculate the friction from the data (distance, velocity, mass).

I’m going to the Riverside Metrolink Station from LA through Amtrak and was wondering if there’s a trolley that would take me from there to Magnolia and Arlington (besides the bus)
